SPOT on Facilitation® is undoubtedly the best option for helping to solve problems. Learning and deploying of 14 divergent and convergent process tools for group process facilitation ;

Confidence in using flip chart and other process facilitation aids,  such as whiteboard, facilitator’s wall and other facilitative tools

Share Video

Video footages recorded during Individual/Team in the actual simulated group process facilitation (including useful feedback from the trainer) will be given to each group.

The 14 Divergent and convergent process tools

·Practice the six types of questions

· Use of visual tools (whiteboard, facilitator wall, etc.)

SPOT on site facilitation technique and application
